The Yale Bulldogs edged past the Colgate Raiders to clinch a 29-28 win and Masons from all over the state were present to enjoy the game. This is the second year that Hamilton Lodge, No. 120 has sponsored Masonic attendance at the game, which is shaping up to be an annual tradition. Rumor has it that there may be plans for a Colgate hockey game sometime this season – details will be available on The Grapevine once this event comes together.
Re-opening of Cazenovia Lodge
The Brothers of Cazenovia Lodge, No. 616 would like to thank all of those who attended their first meeting in their new Lodge room this past Friday evening. A special thank-you goes out to Bro. Hector Barajas-Martinez (whose program on molecular genetics and cardiac research at the MMRL was very interesting and informational) and to the following Grand Lodge Officers who joined the events and fellowship of the evening: the R∴W∴ William Wilcox, Grand Chaplain; the R∴W∴ Clinton S. Brooks, Grand Steward; the R∴W∴ Brian E. Ziegler, District Deputy Grand Master of the Cortland-Madison District; the R∴W∴ Charles Catapano, Grand Treasurer; and the R∴W∴ Richard S. MSID at New Woodstock Old Home Days
The Brothers of Cazenovia Lodge, No. 616 hosted a Masonic Safety ID program at the New Woodstock Old Home Days. Fifteen children were photographed and fingerprinted and each of their parents were provided with a CD and a laminated ID card containing all of their vital information.
